Pl appoint only reputed and reliable retailers. For example; I failed to understand why the money debited from my CitiBank Credit Card on 23 Oct 2015, was “initiated on 26 Oct 2015 and the message further stated that the money will be refunded back in 6-8days leaving no room for me to understand the reason by eBay retailer. The msg was issued to me on 27 Oct, and the mobile “K3 note” was on still on sale on the date. On every query the standard reply is “U will be. Answered in 24-48 hours”, ” learn more” “thank you for talking to our customer care executive” . I regret my inability to understand the reason behind such approach on line. I am still awaiting for a reasonable reply from eBay or my lenovoK3note booked and paid on 23 Oct..!
