After ruling the smartphone market, Xiaomi planing to rule the tablet market in India so launched it’s first tablet, Xiaomi MiPad in Indian market featuring powerful 6700mAh battery, Android kitkat,  7′.9-inch Retina Display, ‘4+1’-core Nvidia Tegra K1  and 8-MP+5-MP Camera priced at Rs 12,999 which will be available online through Flipkart on March 24 without registration in  White colour option while Black, White, Red, Blue, Green and Yellow colour variants will be available soon. It will take on Apple iPad Mini Retina Display. Xiaomi also launched the successor of Redmi 1s as Xiaomi Redmi 2 priced at Rs 6,999.  The all new Xiaomi MiPad support dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac and Bluetooth 4.0 and Micro-USB comes with a 7.9-inch QXGA IPS Retina display with resolution (2048×1536 pixel),  pixel density of 324ppi,with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 delivers stunning color consistency from almost any angle perfect for watching movies, playing games and reading e-books.

Xiaomi MiPad runs on Google’s Android 4.4 kitkat MiUI out-of-the-box and powered by a 2.2GHz, 4+1′-core Nvidia Tegra K1 SoC ARM Cortex-A15 processor, 192-core Kepler GPU with 2GB RAM and 16GB/64GB built-in-storage and 128GB external memory makes multitasking a fun,  gives immersive game environments and reducing power usage and heat.
