HMD Global has launched the best budget smartphone at WMC 2017, Barcelona at Euro 199(Approx. 14,999/-INR). Nokia also launched Nokia 3 and Nokia 3310 priced at Euro 149(approx. Rs 10,000) and Euro 49 (Approx 4000/-INR) respectively. Nokia 5 expected to launch in India This Summer priced under Rs 15,000.
