After the success of Microsoft Lumia 535, Microsoft has launched world’s cheapest 4G LTE smartphone, the all new Microsoft Lumia 638 priced at Rs 8,299  in Orange, Black, Yellow, White colour option which first debuted in China in June 2014. Lumia 638 will be available  for pre-order in India through Amazon from Wednesday 18th Dec. 2014.
